Changling Wang solicited an undercover officer during a massage appointment at Qitopia Massage Spa on Springfield Avenue where she lived and worked, Berkeley Heights police said, following a monthlong investigation into illicit activities at the spa with the assistance of the Union County Prosecutor's Office Intelligence and Narcotics Division.
Wang was charged with prostitution and released pending a court date, police said.
